Tech help in Mission Valley

I'm Anthony. I worked at the Apple Store in Fashion Valley, so Mission Valley is familiar ground. Now I come to your home instead of you coming to the mall.

Anthony from The Friendly Tech
That's me. Say hi when I knock.

What I help with

  • iPhones, iPads, and Android phones
  • Mac and Windows computers
  • Wi-Fi that drops or doesn't reach every room
  • Printers, smart TVs, and streaming
  • Email, passwords, and scam questions
  • Video doorbells and security cameras
  • Smart home setup
  • One-on-one tech lessons

Around Mission Valley

I help residents in the condos and apartments along Friars Road and Hotel Circle, in Rio Vista and Civita, and in the neighborhoods around Fashion Valley and Hazard Center. No parking garage, no waiting for an appointment, and no rush once I'm there.

Condo and apartment living brings its own tech headaches: Wi-Fi crowded by dozens of neighbors' networks, a smart TV that won't find the streaming apps, a printer that dropped off the network, or a new iPhone that needs everything moved over. I sort it out and leave the steps written down.

Good to know

Is this like a Genius Bar appointment?
Similar know-how, but at your home and at your pace. In-home visits are $150 an hour with a one-hour minimum, and travel is included.
My building's Wi-Fi is slow. Can you help?
Often, yes. I'll check your router and where it sits, look at channel crowding from neighbors' networks, and recommend a fix if one is needed.
Can you help over the phone instead?
Yes. Phone or screen-share sessions are $50 for the first 30 minutes, paid when you book.
