I visit homes around La Mesa Village, Grossmont, northwest La Mesa, Lake Murray, and up on Mount Helix. Many of these are established neighborhoods where people have lived for decades and just want their tech to work without a trip to a store.
Older, single-story homes with long floor plans often leave the back bedroom or the patio with weak Wi-Fi. I also help with email that stopped working, photos that need to be backed up, video calls with the grandkids, and texts or calls that look like scams.
