New iPhone or iPad setup

Moving your photos, contacts, messages, and apps from your old phone to the new one, setting up Face ID and Apple Pay, and showing you what's changed.

Mac help

Slow Macs, updates, storage that's full, email that won't sync, printers that won't connect, and moving everything to a new Mac.

Backups and photos

Making sure your photos and files are backed up with iCloud or a backup drive, and that you know how to get them back.

Lessons at your pace

One-on-one lessons on FaceTime, Messages, Photos, settings, and spotting scams. I write the steps down in big print before I leave.

Pricing

In-home visits are $150 an hour with a one-hour minimum, and travel in San Diego County is included. Phone or screen-share help is $100 an hour: $50 for the first 30 minutes, paid when you book, then $50 per half hour.
